惠州銘邦涂料股份有限公司主要是專注于化工高端涂料產品研發生產為主的公司。本公司于1999年5月在香港成立，于2004年5月在廣東省惠州市成立惠州市銘邦涂料有限公司，注冊資本3000萬元，于2018年7月完成公司內部股改，正式更名為《惠州銘邦涂料股份有限公司》。

      本公司生產資質齊全，具有精干的管理團隊和較完善的管理體系，現有員工96人，其中工程師6名，技術人員45人，已取得了ISO、16946等多項國際管理體系認證。

      公司現占地2.52萬平方米，先后投資1.2億興建生產車間三棟，建筑面積7500平方米，興建了面積2000平方米的甲類?；窐藴蕚}庫三棟，有獨立的研發中心大樓，現有精密研磨機10臺，三輥機8臺，高速分散40臺，年產量可達10000噸以上，配備了標準實驗檢測儀器，達到國家實驗檢測室標準。

      Huizhou Mingbang Paint Co., Ltd. is mainly focused on the research, development and production of high-end chemical coating products. The company was established in Hong Kong in May 1999 and Huizhou Mingbang Paint Co., Ltd. was established in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province in May 2004 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. In July 2018, the company completed its internal share reform and officially changed its name to Huizhou Mingbang Paint Co., Ltd.

      The company has complete production qualifications, a capable management team, and a relatively complete management system. Currently, it has 96 employees, including 6 engineers and 45 technical personnel. It has obtained multiple international management system certifications such as ISO and 16946.

      The company now covers an area of 25200 square meters, and has invested 120 million yuan to build three production workshops, with a construction area of 7500 square meters. It has built three Class A hazardous chemicals standard warehouses, with an area of 2000 square meters. It has an independent research and development center building. Currently, it has 10 precision grinding machines, 8 three-roller machines, and 40 high-speed dispersion machines. The maximum annual output can reach 10000 tons or more. It is equipped with standard experimental testing instruments, meeting the national laboratory standards.
